91) ‘WHAT are you depressed about?’ people always ask - don’t they?
But when you’re down, you can’t say what’s depressing you: that’s partly why you’re down. You feel like a cheap plastic shampoo bottle, held down in murky water, by things it doesn’t understand.
And I’ve had occasion to feel that, this week, since I hit a real low. Why?
Well… The week’s been about trying physically to get the 1000 trees, that will be given out to local schoolkids next week, and….
1)First, we’ve needed to find three schools, who’d agree to let us visit. Oscar the tree-grower gave me a list of four, but that didn’t mean I could find numbers for them, or could get to talk to the headmaster, or felt any more confident about doing Assemblies, to kids who speak Spanish.
